The Warren Group Job Opening: Social Media Manager

The Warren Group is looking to fill an immediate full-time opening for a social media manager in our very active Las Vegas office. If you’re driven to jump into the rewarding, yet sometimes hectic, world of social media and PR, this opportunity may be for you.

The ideal candidate has a love for writing, people, events, social media and storytelling. Videography skills (shooting and editing) are a plus! The job will require you to have a valid NV driver’s license as you will be gathering content at various events within the Las Vegas valley. Major Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Social Media Director to help manage social media accounts for several clients, as assigned
  • Work with Social Media Director to coordinate social media strategy and cohesive marketing campaigns that bridge between social media channels.
  • Create content on a weekly basis, including researching posts, drafting copy, and creating photos, graphics and videos as needed
  • Develop and implement weekly content calendars for clients
  • Responsible for daily updates to all applicable social media outlets, including planned content and additional content as events arise
  • Serve as a liaison with outside vendors for Social Media, either currently being utilized by the company or as proposals are being developed for future projects.
  • Assist with social media coverage of events, influencer visits, etc. as needed
  • May work some evenings and weekends
  • Implement the social media strategy for all clients, assisting with development of brand awareness
  • Respond to customer service inquiries received via social media in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Work with public relations staff to ensure proper online messaging and relevancy, ensuring consistency of messages across multiple networks
  • Track social media analytics and provide reports to clients
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Experience / Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expert knowledge of social networking channels.
  • Able to prioritize and handle a variety of assignments simultaneously.
  • Able to constantly operate a computer or other office productivity machinery.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and judgment.  High integrity and ethical character.
  • Eagerness for solving problems and a commitment to accepting responsibility. 
  • Enthusiasm for working in an organization where change is frequent, structure is evolving, and flexibility, teamwork, and good humor are absolute necessities. 
  • Must be able to work a minimum 50 hour workweek.
  • Must be able to work weekends as dictated by client needs.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, journalism, new media, or a related field required.
