Selections include returning favorites with new offerings for the entire family

LAS VEGAS, NV (June 2024) –Las Vegas Ballpark®, home of the Las Vegas Aviators®, the city’s professional Triple-A West baseball team of the Pacific Coast League (PCL) and affiliate of the Oakland Athletics, announces its collection of food and beverage offerings for the 2024 season. Featuring culinary favorites from Ballpark concessionaire, Professional Sports Catering (PSC), and Garry DeLucia, who returns to the Ballpark as Executive Chef, the menu items complement and enhance current signature offerings.

 

New additions for the stadium include signature creations from the concessionaire like the Burnt Ends Brisket Sausage topped with house BBQ sauce and pickled onions. The local Aviator Beer Brat is a new addition along with carving on the concourse with prime rib, giardiniera, horseradish cream, caramelized onions and garlic Dijon aioli on a New England style roll. Dueling Dogs are back featuring opponent hot dogs for every homestand based on popular foods and flavors from the opposing city and region.

 

Other choices include the jumbo turkey leg, a new must-try sub: Off the Hook BBQ with four different sides and a pineapple upside down cake. Ballpark classics including popcorn, peanuts, and the kids-only value menu, Hungry Hotshots for $8 that includes a junior Nathan’s hot dog with a locally made brioche bun, fruit cup, potato chips and a drink are all back and better than ever.

 

And make sure to leave room for the root beer float. It tastes as good as it looks! Soft-serve ice cream, banana splits, signature Aviator sundaes and Dippin’ Dots are other not-to-be-missed favorites.

 

Benyeh is a new addition featuring roasted nuts and a variety of delicious beignets; and Lea Lana’s Bananas is available behind section 109 featuring a variety of frozen banana creations for fans to enjoy and help beat the heat.

 

Other elevated food options include favorites from BBQ Mexicana like the signature Burnt Ends Burrito, Avocado Chicken Burrito, Smoked Tofu Bowl and classic BLTA Salad. Frankie’s Uptown will offer the Aviators Stroll and signature meatballs. Also new, Chick-Fil-A has a limited pop-up boasting the signature spicy or Chicken Sandwiches located in center field.

 

Thirsty? In addition to the Ballpark’s signature Aviator Ale, the new Anniversary Ale, both by Tenaya Creek Brewery, will be served at all home games.

 

Signature cocktails including the Aviator Rita, Aviators Mule and Spruce Juice are back and ready to be sipped. Still craving the Ballpark’s signature frosé? That’s also back stadium-wide for all to enjoy.

 

Don’t forget about $5 beers at the Hanger Bar from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. every Tuesday during homestands and $2 beers on Thursdays from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. during homestands.
